News Letter May-2020

Dear Member Friends,

We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, wish you all, “Happy Vaisakha masa sadhana days”. I hope everyone is staying back home and receiving Sath Guru’s blessings. For the first time, it is an amazing experience to relax at home and yet participate in the Aradhana conducted at various places.

These days, only one word is shaking the whole world with fear and you guessed correctly – that’s COVID-19. As natives of Indian origin, we have seen so many viruses and this is the worst of all and it is havoc to mankind endangering human relations and is defining a new lifestyle, distancing people. How to live in compliance with the situation until an antidote is found? How a spiritualist and a follower of spiritual philosophy should live? How is a member of our Dharma, distinguished from others?

This is the most horrible phase of a virus crisis that human beings are experiencing.  People are dying with disease and suffering from lack of food, water, and other essentials as day to day life is worst affected. Governments are working hard for the well being of people. Many charity organizations are working, yet people’s hearts are engulfed with fear, anxiety, and frustration. This is the apt time; we have to look up to God and spirituality. They say, “Faith moves mountains”. We must develop faith and confidence in this tough time to tackle the self and present prevailing conditions. One of the best methods is to read spiritual texts that explain the greatness of the God and miracles experienced by sincere devotees. It is rightly said that “The God expresses himself through miracles in disciple’s lives”. In the Hindu religion, we have texts like Bhagavatham, Ramayana, Maha Bharatha, Upanishads, and many Puranas. Many in deep depression states listen to spiritual discourses and read spiritual texts for recharging their mind with strength and peace. In our Dharma, we have an Upanishad formed text called “Sha Philosophy”, great spiritual secrets revelations in the book entitled as “Sufi Vedantha Darsam”, “Sabhyula Anubhavalu”(Experiences of members) column in the ThathwaGnanam magazine and many other works. Sath Guru clearly stated to practice Thrayi Sadhana that’s an integration of Mantra Sadhana (Reciting Maha-Mantra), Jnana Sadhana (Reading holy texts), and Dhyana Sadhana (Practicing Meditation). A human being is an integration of body, mind, and soul. This sadhana also deals with the three levels and aligns them to bring realization within this physical. What happens after the cessation of the function of this physical, we never knew. So, this Dharma strictly says, “Practice, follow the guidelines stated by Sath Guru and Dharma and attain realization within this physical”. Spirituality is an integral part of this physical and not a separate subject. Hence, do sadhana and attain eternal bliss here on this planet, when you are alive and comprehend with the conscious mind. Now it is corona time and we are spending most of the time alone and aloof in our homes. Instead of becoming sick with fear, we have a wonderful opportunity to do sadhana and realize the divinity within the self. Is it not right? Yes… dear members, fear, anxiety, confusion, feelings of segregation, hostility and other negative feelings kill people rather than diseases. We fought many unknown diseases and human intellect can win this war also. Till then, all spiritual practitioners must practice and universally propagate the waves of love, light, health, happiness, and peace.

We, the members of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham are fortunate because we have the blessings of Sath Guru and Guru Parampara. Any calamity, before hitting us must cross Sath Guru, such is the greatness of surrenderance and that I can state as the true independence.

So, dear member friends, let us do more sadhana and spread the vibration of inner strength, faith, and confidence to the whole human community.

Thanking you,

Till… next newsletter…..

Spiritually yours,

Renuka Devi Vangara
