Newsletter – Dec 2025
Dear Member Friends,
We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, extend our heartfelt greetings to you all and wish you a Merry and Blessed Christmas.
Christmas is a divine reminder of unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, and sacrifice. Lord Jesus Christ descended on Earth to show humanity the path of selfless love and universal brotherhood. His teachings proclaim:
“Forgive, forget, love, and have mercy on all living beings.”
But how can love flourish when the heart remains burdened with anger, resentment, and hurt? As long as we cling to the painful memories of the past — the people who harmed us, the injustices we faced — the mind remains disturbed. This continuous recollection invites inner violence and sorrow.
In today’s fast-paced world, many feel suffocated by unresolved emotions — disappointments, failures, unfulfilled desires, and unrealistic expectations. Such mental struggles lead to chronic anxiety, depression, and loss of hope. Gautama Buddha rightly said:
“Desires are the root cause of sorrow.”
Expectations from others, society, circumstances, and even from ourselves become chains when results don’t appear as we imagine.
So, what is the way out?
We must learn to pause, retreat inward, and reflect upon life with calmness and wisdom. Isolation for self-inquiry is not loneliness — it is a sacred space where consciousness expands. By accepting and resolving inner conflicts, we protect ourselves from emotional suffering. Bitterness, when harboured, becomes poison — it affects not only peace of mind but also our physical health.
Therefore, our Guru Parampara lovingly advises us:
Expand inner consciousness
Forgive those who caused hurt in any period of life
Release the weight of grudges and expectations
Practice Gnana Sadhana and redirect the mind toward the Divine
When the mind is purified through Sadhana, it naturally blossoms into a flower of love. A loving mind reflects God — for God is Love and Love is God.
Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba emphasized one universal message:
“Love All, Serve All.”
When we share love, kindness, and service, our heart becomes vast like the sky — free from narrowness, jealousy, and ego.
In our Peetham, the Sathguru’s love is eternal and divine. Human love flows toward individuals — mother, father, spouse, children, and grandchildren — and shifts with time and circumstances. But the Sathguru’s love remains constant, unwavering, and pure until the disciple reaches the Supreme Abode. Such spiritual love is rare and sacred — it is a guiding force that enables us to evolve into higher consciousness.
As we celebrate Christmas, we bow in reverence to Lord Jesus Christ, who sacrificed His life for the redemption of humanity. He endured immense suffering and shed His sacred blood so that mankind may awaken to truth and righteousness. His image on the cross, still seen in churches today, silently teaches:
True love gives, forgives, and asks for nothing in return.
What can we offer to such great souls who lived and died for others?
Let us offer:
Our pure heart
Our sincere Sadhana
Our compassionate thoughts
Our service to humanity
Guru Parampara has blessed us with the divine path of Thrayee Sadhana popularly called as Universal Sadhana. Let us intensify our efforts — not only for our personal upliftment but also for global harmony and peace. Let our prayers radiate healing to the world, especially to those who are suffering from hunger, illness, conflict, and loneliness.
May this Christmas fill every heart with:
Peace that removes disturbances
Love that knows no boundaries
Light that dispels inner darkness
Devotion that brings us closer to God
With humility and joy, let us remember:
Along with sincere Sadhana
Pure Love is the only way.
Forgiveness is the key.
Service is the expression of divinity.
Thanking you all for your constant faith and devotion towards Gurudev and Peetham
Yours spiritually,
Renuka Devi Vangara
