Dear Member Friends,

On this blessed occasion, we extend to you our warm greetings and heartfelt wishes for a Happy Dussehra and Sarannava Rathrulu— the Days of Enlightenment.

The Significance of Karthika Masa

The sacred month of Karthika Masa has always been regarded as a period of immense spiritual importance. For sadhakas and aspirants walking the path of truth, this month offers an opportunity for renewal, reflection, and inner awakening. For the members of our Peetham, it holds even greater value, as our revered Sath Guru Dr. Umar Alisha garu undertakes His annual spiritual tours across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and other regions.

During these journeys, the Sath Guru engages in what can be beautifully termed as “spiritual agriculture.” Just as a farmer tills the soil, sows’ seeds, and nurtures them until they bear fruit, the Sath Guru prepares the soil of human hearts and plants within them the eternal seeds of love, compassion, sacrifice, and light. With time and devotion, these seeds sprout, grow, and ultimately transform ordinary human beings into reflections of divinity.

The True Human Being

The Sath Guru declares that a true human being is a miniature of the Divine. Each of us carries within a spark of that infinite source—a life-force that silently urges us toward realization. Yet, in the rush of worldly life, we ignore it. We fail to listen to the inner call of the soul.

Our human birth is a rare gift and also a fleeting one. Within this limited time, our supreme duty is to recognize the divinity within, to practice sincerely, and to strive for self-realization. Too often, however, we restrict ourselves to outward rituals, performed merely out of habit or social expectation, while the deeper truths remain unpractised in our hearts.

Time passes unnoticed. Like grains of sand slipping through our fingers, life escapes our grasp. And when the final moment comes—when we must leave this body and this Earth—we find ourselves powerless to change what has already been neglected.

The Sath Guru’s Warning

Sath Guru Sha Garu compassionately reminds us that there is no heaven or hell as popularly imagined, nor is another human birth assured. If liberation is not achieved in this lifetime, the soul must wander through 84,00,000 life forms before another chance arises. What awaits us after death is unknown, but one truth is certain: liberation must be realized here and now, in this very life.

This raises the eternal question—
“How can we cross this Bhava Sagara, the ocean of worldly existence, and attain liberation while still in this physical body?”

The Gift of Thrayee Sadhana

Out of boundless compassion, the Sath Guru has given us a universal and timeless path: Thrayee Sadhana—a threefold discipline consisting of:

  1. Mantra Sadhana – the vibration of divine sound that purifies the mind and aligns us with higher consciousness. This Sadhana handles all physical level issues.
  1. Jnana Sadhana – the pursuit of wisdom and self-inquiry that removes ignorance and reveals truth. The Jnana helps us to handle mental plane during our existence.
  1. Dhyana Sadhana – the practice of meditation that stills the mind and allows union with the inner self and inner self is nothing but a miniature of the Absolute

This sadhana is not merely a practice—it is a lifeline. It enables us to rise above the entanglements of the material world, to overcome suffering, and to experience peace and contentment that is beyond circumstances. More importantly, by the grace of the Sath Guru, the sincere practitioner attains liberation in this very lifetime and ultimately reaches salvation.

The Sath Guru has given His word that He will protect His true disciples until they achieve salvation. This divine promise is eternal and unbreakable.

A Call for Sincere Practice

Our path is simple, our Sath Guru is compassionate, and the present time of Sarannava Rathrulu is an extraordinary opportunity for spiritual progress. These nine days are not only a festival but also a gateway for inner awakening. Through sincere sadhana during this period, we can illumine our own hearts and spread that light to the larger society.

Let us, therefore, resolve to practice earnestly—not only for our personal liberation but also for the upliftment of humanity. For when the individual shines with enlightenment, society too begins to glow with harmony, compassion, and truth.

With gratitude and prayers for your spiritual growth,

Till our next Newsletter!

Yours,
