Newsletter – April 2026
Dear Member Friends,
We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, extend our heartfelt wishes to you all on the sacred occasions of Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Baisakhi Day.
On Good Friday, Lord Jesus was crucified, and on Easter Sunday, He rose again, symbolizing victory over death and the dawn of new life. As the Son of God, He embodied and taught the eternal values of love, kindness, mercy, and forgiveness. He remained untouched by anger or hatred; instead, He showed deep compassion for humanity, grieving over their ignorance and guiding them toward the path of true humanity.
Even at the moment of His crucifixion, when subjected to immense suffering, He did not curse mankind. Rather, He prayed with boundless compassion, saying they are but ignorant children and offered them forgiveness. Such was the magnificence of His divine nature.
In contrast, history bears witness to acts of extreme cruelty, such as the tragic incident led by General Dyer in 1919. On April 13th, at Amritsar, during the sacred day of Baisakhi, thousands had gathered peacefully to protest against the Rowlatt Act. Without warning, General Dyer ordered indiscriminate firing, leading to the loss of hundreds of innocent lives and leaving many more injured. This inhumane act reflects how a person, when overtaken by illusion, ego, and base tendencies, can descend into darkness.
A human being is a blend of the divine and the demonic. The above examples illustrate these two extremes. Heaven and hell are not distant realms—they exist here itself, reflected through divine and demonic qualities within us. It is our duty to rise above the lower tendencies and evolve into the divine.
How can we transform into a true Human?
Sath Guru Dr. Umar Alisha has bestowed upon us the sacred path of Thrayee Sadhana, which works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels, guiding a sadhaka toward higher consciousness. Sath Guru also emphasizes the importance of selfless service along with Sadhana. Together, these cultivate noble human qualities and enable one to experience liberation even while living in this physical world.
Let us be kind and compassionate toward all beings and strive to live as true Humans. Let us follow the path shown by our Sath Guru—a divine descent on this Earth—who lives among us to impart the essence of true divinity in a simple, understandable, and practicable way, ultimately leading us toward the abode of the Absolute.
Salutations to the Masters of all times:
गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः।
गुरुः साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः॥
(The Guru is Brahma, the Guru is Vishnu, the Guru is Maheshwara; the Guru is indeed the Supreme Absolute. Salutations to that revered Guru.)
Till the next Newsletter…
Spiritually yours,
