Newsletter – Jun 2025

Dear Member Friends,

From the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, we extend our warmest wishes to you all on the occasion of Eruvaaka Pournami, falling on June 11th, 2025. This full moon day, in the month of Jyeshtha (according to the Hindu calendar) holds deep significance in our agricultural traditions. On this auspicious day, farmers and villagers across the land offer prayers to Mother Earth and livestock, seeking blessings for a bountiful harvest and agricultural success throughout the year.

At our Peetham, we proudly host gatherings where agricultural specialists and seasoned farmers are invited to share valuable insights. Enriching discourses on prosperous and scientific farming methods are delivered, blending modern knowledge with spiritual wisdom. Participants register in advance, and Sath Guru graciously blesses them with spiritually empowered holy seeds and Vibhuti prasadam, intended to magnify their crop yields.

The use of this Vibhuti is explained in detail to the agriculturists, who are then encouraged to submit comparative statements showing results before and after using Swami’s prasadam. These reports become part of the Peetham’s growing database, documenting yearly progress and expanding our circle of spiritually aligned farmers.

The purpose of celebrating Eruvaaka Pournami is to educate farmers on advanced agricultural techniques, while promoting the cultivation of food with love, light, and peace. We call this Spiritual Farming. In this divine practice, highly energized Vibhuti is sprinkled upon the land, transforming the earth and its produce into sacred, blessed offerings.

A relevant story reminds us of the impact of consciousness on food: A Brahmin who sought Bhiksha (alms) daily once noticed a sudden change in his thoughts and speech — from kind and gentle to angry and agitated. Through meditation, he realized the food he consumed was prepared with hatred and negativity, and those energies affected his mind. This illustrates why our ancestors always recited God’s name while preparing food — to purify it, ensuring it uplifts those who partake in it.

In this spirit, Sath Guru is sanctifying the very roots of life — the soil and the food grains — through divine intervention, performing a supreme spiritual service.

As a Sanskrit saying goes:
अपरार्थं नास्ति शरीरस्य” (Aparārtham Nāsti Sharīrasya:) — “There is no purpose of the body that does not benefit others.”

So, dear friends, let us walk in the footsteps of Sath Guru and serve society with love and devotion, helping bloom the flowers of love, light, health, happiness, peace, and prosperity.

With gratitude

Spiritually Yours,

Renuka Devi Vangararenuka.vangara@gmail.com
