Dear Member Friends,

We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham wish you all, Happy Diwali. Diwali is a festival of lights. As per mythology, on this day, Lord Sri Rama returned to Ayodhya after fourteen years of exile. Then, people celebrated by the illuminating Ayodhya with an array of lights. The celebration marks an end of the dark demon saga and the beginning of the new holy rule of Lord Rama. Spiritually, this festival celebrates the victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. At a personal level, actual Diwali happens when we burn our ignorance and ignite life with enlightenment. Are there any other means to burn ignorance rather than with sadhana? No.

One of the best practices is to offer all that we do at the feet of Sath Guru. For suppose, we helped someone in need, we got a good name out of that act, and if we offer it to the grace of Sath Guru then our ego is not involved in the whole issue. We must consciously watch our acts and surrender ourselves to Sath Guru. In general, we say after our prayers, “Samastham Bhagavadhaarpanam.” The grace of Sath Guru always helps us to do any work and, we must have gratitude towards him for allowing us to do sadhana. By regular practice, our mind stops taking the credit and corresponding ego on all the good acts. In case of any unpleasant activity, we start saying sorry to Sath Guru for our bad behavior. Slowly, we introspect ourselves more and understand the core of the existing mindset. Then, it becomes easy to handle the mind as we know its pattern. The fact is that the human beings comprise of different mind and energy patterns and have the spirit (the micro representation of God) within. In addition, the karmic stagnation starts reducing as the ego start waning. The mind and corresponding emotions run the life. Through sadhana, we are training the mind to stay stable and peaceful. In a balanced mental state, we are capable of handling any situation arising in life. Sath Guru blessed us with Jnana Sadhana, a part of Thrayi Sadhana to elevate the mind to thwart ignorance.

The whole creation, the life forms and various species are of five elemental forces. In the Manthra Sadhana, we recite Maha Manthra, and this Manthra connects us to the Origin from where this whole creation emanated. Thus by doing this sadhana, we realize the secrets of the universe and this human body. Understanding, assimilation and, expressing the facts becomes easy after our Manthra sadhana.

The final sadhana of Thrayi sadhana is Dhyana Sadhana. Dhyana Sadhana means practicing meditation to stay in alignment with the all-pervading divinity. Sath Guru blessed the human race with Thrayee Sadhana and promised them realization within this physical. The grace of Sath Guru and sadhana bless any practitioner irrespective of his Dharma, with livelihood at physical, peace and contentment at mental and, realization at a spiritual level. What else does any human expect in life? Nothing.

Now, we are in the month of holy Karthika, that’s in November and, the Sath Guru tours all places and plants spiritual seeds in the deserted hearts of the people to bloom their lives with love, light, health, peace, happiness, compassion, and an attitude of selfless service. Let us do more sadhana and prepare ourselves to receive Sath Guru’s blessings.

Thanking you

Yours spiritually
