Newsletter – May 2026
Dear Member Friends,
We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Viznana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham, wish you all a Happy Buddha Jayanthi.
Lord Buddha taught us the Middle Path—not to go to extremes, but to lead a blissful and peaceful life. When Gautama Buddha descended on Earth, there were many conflicts and confusions prevailing in society. After witnessing death, decay, disease, and an ascetic, he undertook deep penance, realized the truth, and became the Tathagata. His path spread across Southeast Asia and became widely followed.
Truth is one. Whenever Dharma, human values, and humanity are in danger, the Divine descends to guide people. Buddha realized that ignorance is the root cause of sorrow and taught the right way of living. Great beings may leave this physical world, but they always leave behind a treasure of knowledge and noble thoughts. Even today, people follow his Noble Eightfold Path and revere him as a divine incarnation.
In our Peetham, we understand that bliss and sorrow are like tides—they keep changing. Hence, our Sath Guru teaches us to remain stable and calm, irrespective of life’s turbulences. Life is a continuous happening—let it happen; how we respond is what truly matters.
Consider how Lord Sri Rama viewed life. In one moment, he was declared king, and in the very next, he was asked to go into exile. He accepted both with a smile and embraced a life of hardship with equanimity. Such a state of mind is essential for every individual to lead life with cheer and inner bliss.
To attain this balance, Sath Guru has taught us Thrayee Sadhana—the simplest and most effective path of spiritual practice.
So, dear Member Friends, let us practice sadhana and spread waves of peace and bliss throughout the universe. Let us also introduce our Universal Sadhana to all spiritual seekers.
Thanking you.
Till the next newsletter…
