Practice Dharma

To lead every moment of life

In Eternal bliss and enlightenment

Dear Member Friends,

We, from the desk of Sri Viswa Vignana Vidya Adhyathmika Peetham wish you all, “Happy Enlightenment Days” (Sarannava Ratrulu).  The famous Hindu festival Dussehra marks the victory of good over evil. On that day Lord Rama killed Ravana and Mother Goddess Durga killed demon Mahisha. According to Hindu calendar, in the month of Ashwin , sukla paksha , tenth day is celebrated as Vijaya Dasami.  From padyami to dasami rigorous practices were observed by sadhakas. Many spend nights in meditating and try to understand the secrets of self and universe. People have strong belief that Mother goddess will bless the practitioners with enlightenment and bliss.

After joining Dharma, we take new birth and our lives are filled with the power of Maha Mantra. On auspicious days, Sath Guru initiates sadhakas with Maha Mantra. Our Dharma prescribes tri sadhanas and they are Mantra sadhana, Gnana sadhana and Dhyana sadhana. Let us briefly see these practices.

Mantra sadhana:  Our dharma says, “Mantra is Guru and Guru is the form of Maha Mantra”. While we practice mantra with devotion, faith and aim we are auto connected to Sath Guru and we get his divine blessings. The power of blessings is indescribable and one has to experience to understand it. Practice ignites divinity in cells and evolves power of life consciousness. A phoenix bird burns and takes a new form. Similarly, mantra sadhana burns all negative forces and karmic stack in sadhakas and evolves him/her as a pure and perfect human being.

Gnana sadhana: We have abundant literature blessed by our Guru parampara. Every word in that literature is packed with divine power and blessings of Gurus. There is a process to understand the literature in an apt way. We have to pray Sath Guru and then read a topic from this philosophy. We all knew the nature of mind. Mind always runs from one matter to another, troubles us and is wavering all the time. A preliminary prayer prepares the practitioner’s mind and the essence of the topic read is registered in the sub consciousness. When situations and problems agitate the mind, this divine message unravels from sub conscious mind and helps solve the current problem. So, at all levels, this literature helps surpass troubles faced by the members.

Dhyana sadhana: Alertness – that is living in consciousness (Jagrutha sthithi) and divine worship in prayer- when these two integrate, a state of concentration is attained. This concentration is by-product of upasana. Intellects define “Upasana” and “Sadhana” as living close to God. Maha Mantra meditation evolves a sadhaka to such highest concentration levels and beyond to realize divinity (Brahmam) within this physical.

The significance of this Tri Sadhana is understood by the miracles happening in our lives. These practices stabilize mind, six vices and reduce illusion effects. Clarity of vision is achieved through wisdom eye formation. If we practice with devotion, faith, knowledge and true aim then our lives will be drenched in Sath Guru’s eternal blessings. By that we get a chance to live in communion with divinity. Then every day becomes an enlightened day and we experience timeless bliss within this physical. We celebrate life in victory over illusionary forces and that is the essence of our Vijaya Dasami festival.

So, dear member friends, never fail to practice. Practice with aim and stay in Swami’s aim to attain salvation within this physical.

Thanking you.

Yours spiritually,
